This personal data processing policy is compiled in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation regarding the necessary measures to ensure the security of processed/transferred/received personal data of users, as well as Regulation (EU) 2016/679, and it defines the procedure for processing personal data and measures taken to ensure the security of personal data implemented by UNREAL ROLE PLAY (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

Processing of personal data – any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed using automation tools or without such tools with personal data, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data;

2.7. Operator – a state body, municipal body, legal or physical person that organizes and/or processes personal data independently or jointly with other persons, and determines the purposes of personal data processing, the composition of personal data subject to processing, and actions (operations) performed with personal data;

2.8. Personal data – any information directly or indirectly related to a specific or identifiable User of the website https://www.unrealrp.com.ua;

2.9. User – any visitor to the website https://www.unrealrp.com.ua; 2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or specific group of people; 2.11. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite group of people (transfer of personal data) or familiarizing an unlimited group of people with personal data, including publication of personal data in media, posting in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access to personal data in any other way; 2.12. Cross-border transfer of personal data – transfer of personal data to the territory of a foreign state, to an authority of a foreign state, or to a foreign individual or legal entity; 2.13. Destruction of personal data – any actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data, making it impossible to restore personal data in the personal data information system and/or resulting in the destruction of personal data storage media.
