User Agreement

This Agreement regulates the relationship between the user and the rights holder of the website unrealrp.com.ua, an individual entrepreneur, Martyniak V.V, located at 28 Antonicha St., Lviv, hereinafter referred to as the 'Administration', offering you, hereinafter referred to as the 'Users', to familiarize yourselves with the Game and Project Rules.

1.1 Game website - unrealrp.com.ua

1.2. This Operator's policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://www.unrealrp.com.ua.

1.3 User - a natural person who visits the portal or participates in projects on the unrealrp.com.ua portal

1.4 Portal - resources of the Operator, special hardware-software complexes. Access to the portal is granted only by the Operator. All rights to use this portal belong exclusively to the Operator.

1.5 Services - providing Users access to the Portal, using its features and services, participating in projects under the terms specified in the Agreements. The Operator's services are provided free of charge, with exceptions being Additional Paid Services. All services are provided by the Operator only within the Portal, i.e. during the User's use.

1.6 To ensure the technological process of access to the Game Process, the User uses RAGE Multiplayer - auxiliary software (including security measures embedded in it), which is necessary for loading/introducing current changes to the Game Client to meet the technical parameters of the Game Process.

1.7 Additional Paid Services - providing the User with additional special opportunities on the Portal for a fee. These services are not mandatory and are provided at the User's request. Paid services are also provided by the Operator only within the Portal.

1.8 The Game account, characters, and items are the property of the project and are not the personal property rights of the User. Access to the Game Process is only possible through RAGE Multiplayer.

2.1. Automated processing of personal data - processing of personal data using computing technology;

2.2. Remove any content, materials, comments, or information at its discretion without any grounds or prior notice if it violates or may violate the current legislation, this Agreement, the Privacy Policy, the rights of other Users or third parties, or causes harm to them, or threatens their security.

2.3. Send notifications to the User (including via email, SMS, etc.) containing advertising information about the Service, Game, or materials thematically related to them.

2.4. Fully or partially reduce the functionality of the Site or Materials for technical, preventive, or other reasons.

3.1. Configure the Account, change the username and password for access.

3.2. Publish, add, and edit their Account and User profile information.

3.3. Take other actions not prohibited by law or this Agreement regarding the use of the Site or Service.

4.1. Provide accurate information at the time of registration;

4.2. Take necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality of account data (login and password) used for access;

4.3. Comply with this Agreement, the Personal Data Processing Policy, and the Game Rules.

5.1. Use the Site for commercial purposes without prior permission from the Rights Holder.

5.2. Use any software, errors, or defects to gain unauthorized access to the Service or gain unfair advantages over other users.

5.3. Sell, resell, or transfer materials belonging to the Rights Holder for commercial purposes (including game currency, game valuables, User account, etc.).

5.4. Distribute, publicly perform, or publicly display any materials owned by the Rights Holder, except for ordinary use of the Game.

5.5. Modify, adapt, improve, or create derivative works based on the Game, Game content, or other materials owned by the Rights Holder.

5.6. Use software for collecting or deleting information.

5.7. Download (except for page caching) any part of the materials owned by the Rights Holder or any information contained in them, unless explicitly provided by the Site's expected functionality.

5.8. Copy, translate, publish, decompile, analyze, disassemble, or convert the Site (source code) or attempt to access its source code to create derivative works based on it.

6.1. The User has the right to make voluntary payments to the Rights Holder's address using payment systems or bank cards. In exchange for in-game replenishment to the Rights Holder's address, the User receives in-game resources (valuables).

6.2. The term for providing in-game resources (valuables) is from 5 to 60 minutes, depending on workload.

6.3. Payments are made through the services of Bank Pivdenny.

6.4. The Rights Holder is not responsible for the operation of payment systems.

6.5. The Rights Holder is not responsible for payments or in-game assets of the User, including in the case of blocking the User's Game Account due to violation of the terms of this Agreement or the Game Rules.

6.6. In case of payment issues, account replenishment, or receiving in-game valuables, the user can contact technical support on the forum forum.unrealrp.com.ua.

7.1. The rights holder is not responsible for any possible failures or interruptions in the operation of the Website and/or Service and for any loss of information resulting from such.

7.2. The rights holder is not responsible for any damages to the personal computer, mobile devices, or any other equipment or software of the Users.

7.3. The rights holder is not responsible for any compromised passwords of third parties and any actions taken using the User’s Account.

7.4. The rights holder is not responsible for the operation of the services https://secure.upc.ua/ and the authorization of Donations made using the mentioned service.

7.5. The User is responsible for any illegal actions taking place in the User’s Account, as well as for posting Materials using the User’s Account on the Website.

7.6. The User is responsible for any material or other information uploaded through the User’s Account to the Website and/or Service.

7.7. The User is obliged to compensate the Rights Holder or any third party for any damages caused by the actions of the User, including, but not limited to, violations of this Agreement, intellectual property rights, or other rights.

9.1. In case of any claims/disputes/complaints/requests, the jurisdiction is determined by the actual registration of the Administration.
